The education system we work with consists of different actors – teachers, parents, SMC members, leaders, policymakers, administrators, and more.
Their work and the various interactions among them keep the education system running. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the education system,
we need to uncover, capacitate, and strengthen these interactions.

Co-creating Towards Systemic Transformation
Our model is three-fold. While designing interventions for education with the government, we ensure the ownership of the system to improve independently. By developing partnerships with Civil Society Organizations, we support the system holistically across different domains and deepen our own contextual understanding across geographies. Deploying solutions by leveraging technology platforms, we enable data-driven decision making and increase reusability of our assets.

The Collectives
Co-creation and Collaboration are the tenets of achieving radical impact and transforming the system at scale. To this end, Mantra4Change initiates Collective Action through partnerships with Civil Society Organizations and State Governments

Punjab Education Collective
A Program Management Unit comprising Mantra4Change, Sanjhi Sikhiya, Samarthya, and ShikshaLokam is set up to work with the Department of School Education. The Collective focuses streamlining administrative processes and instructional support while providing clarity on roles and responsibilities.

School Development Index
With a focus on enabling choice to parents, the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights leads this initiative with Mantra4Change, ShikshaLokam, among other local Civil Society Organizations to assess all schools in the state and improve them on Safety & Security, Teaching Practices, and Parental Involvement

Bihar Education Collective
In Bihar, Mantra4Change partners with i-Saksham, Karunodaya Foundation, Meraki, Involve Education Foundation, and Jyoti Mahila Samakhya to improve teaching and learning practices across schools and improve the community involvement in education.

AP Education
